Dan is a former Sr. Executive for a Fortune 500 company in the computer industry. He holds a BS in Finance/Marketing from the University of Colorado. His expertise and experience in finance, marketing , and organizational development are evident in the key leadership role he assumes at CSI. He’s a long-standing member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and makes noteworthy civic contributions through his active community involvement
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
For more than five years Ann has filled a vital role at CSI as the leader of all accounting functions. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Professional Accounting/Business Administration. Before joining our team she spent many years in the wholesale beverage distribution industry, as well as lumber and plastics manufacturing. She has two wonderful children and a grandchild that she loves spending time with. She enjoys travel, home improvement projects, four wheeling, and walking her dog. Her constant dedication, focus, and attention to detail are key to CSI’s success and continued growth
PRESIDENT & CEO
Phil is a seasoned Senior Executive with over 25 years of proven success in sales, marketing, business development, and executive management. He has extensive experience managing the end to end operations, including the design, implementation and on-going management of cutting edge business concepts. He holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University, and is a former leader in the nation’s real estate market. Phil’s visionary leadership and implementation of CSI’s unique co-employment approach forged CSI’s course as the industry leader.
Driven by achievement, Cheyenne started her first company at the age of 12 as a swim instructor. Then she became a PAC-12 all academic swim star while obtaining a BS in Marketing at Arizona State University. Her entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership ability, and competitive drive serve her well at CSI. She leads the recruiting team and manages the recruiting business processes , while constantly engaged with her team, candidates, employees, and customers.
BLAKE H. LEAKE
Blake is an industry expert, bringing more than 35 years T&D experience to CSI. He has an extensive background, rooted in powerline work as a Journeyman T&D Lineman, with 25-years experience in project management, contract management, and utility program development throughout North America. He’s an active IEEE member and holds unlimited electrical contractor licenses in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida.
Jennifer leads our project coordination team and oversees business processes, ensuring things go smoothly each day. She’s an Arizona State University graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Tourism Management and Special Events. Her organizational skills, communication skills, and dedication help keep CSI Powerline the innovative leader in Powerline Workforce. Her fun spirit and positive energy create a memorable experience for all of the many people she interacts with daily.
